Article 3 – Obligations of the Provider The Provider commits to:

Maintain a secure and stable infrastructure.
Notify the Client of scheduled maintenance or significant service changes in a timely manner.
Article 4 – Obligations of the Client The Client is required to:
Pay service fees within the indicated invoice deadlines.
Comply with the Provider's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Perform regular backups of their hosted data and applications.
Article 5 – Pricing and Payments Prices and accepted payment methods are listed in the official pricing section of Host 4 You Online. In case of delayed payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend services.
Article 6 – Cancellations and Termination The Client may request cancellation of any service via the client area. The Provider reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of a breach of terms or illegal activity.
Article 7 – Liability and Limitations The Provider is not liable for data loss or damages resulting from the Client’s negligence, third-party attacks, or force majeure.
Article 8 – Final Provisions This agreement is governed by the applicable law of the Provider’s registered jurisdiction and may be amended by public notice on the website. The Client is responsible for reviewing updated terms.
