Scope. These Terms apply to all contracts between Host4You, owner Petros Tsiouplis, Raiffeisenstraße 11, 74746 Höpfingen, Germany ("Provider") and the customer regarding web hosting, domain registration, VPS/VDS servers, e-mail and related services via www.host4you.online.
Conclusion of contract. The contract is concluded when the customer completes an order on the website and the Provider confirms it by e-mail or activates the service.
Services. The scope of services is defined by the respective product description at the time of ordering. The Provider aims for 99% average annual availability, excluding announced maintenance and disruptions beyond its control.
Prices and payment. Prices valid at the time of ordering apply. In accordance with § 19 UStG,Prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period. In case of default, the Provider may suspend the service after prior notice.
Term and renewal. Contracts run for the selected billing period and renew for the same period unless cancelled before expiry. Cancellation is possible at any time effective at the end of the billing period, via the customer account or by e-mail.
Domains. Domain registrations are additionally subject to the terms of the respective registry. Registered domains are excluded from refunds. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the registrant data.
Customer obligations. The customer shall not store or distribute unlawful content, send spam, or misuse the services (e.g. phishing, malware, copyright infringement). The customer shall keep access credentials confidential and contact details up to date. In case of violations, the Provider may suspend the service or terminate the contract without notice.
Backups. The Provider performs regular backups within the scope of the respective plan. The customer remains responsible for additional backups of their own data.
Liability. The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
Withdrawal and refunds. For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntary money-back guarantee apply as set out in the Withdrawal & Refund Policy.
Data protection. The Provider's Privacy Policy applies.
Final provisions. German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
